Our vision is to expand gradually, focusing on the love and commitment felt as we enter each home and being of service of those in need in our community. We envision natural growth stemming from word to mouth and smiles on the faces of those who are personally experiencing a proficient and professional caretaker while meeting her client's needs with a cheerful and empathetic outlook. The vision provides quality of care and employment opportunities within the community, which is the beauty of one soul helping another. The mission is to continue to earn one blessing at a time with one client at a time, rooted in skillset, honesty, and willingness.
Meet the founder
Beatriz Velez is the heart behind our agency, a dedicated professional with a deep passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a degree in Human Services from Housatonic Community College, Beatriz has built a career rooted in compassion, integrity, and service. She is a certified Behavioral Health Care Specialist (Track 1), Mental Health First Aider, Recovery Coach, and Support and Planning Coach, bringing a well-rounded and compassionate approach to guiding individuals through life’s most complex challenges. Beatriz also holds a broker license in life and health insurance, enabling her to support clients in making informed decisions about their care and coverage. Beatriz is also a proud alumna of the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI), where she honed her advocacy skills and deepened her commitment to empowering families and strengthening communities through informed leadership. Since founding the agency in 2017, Beatriz has remained deeply committed to providing high-quality, personalized home care services that support independence, dignity, and peace of mind. Her leadership is shaped not only by her clinical and coaching expertise but also by her prior role as Director of Admissions at a medical school, where she spent 14 years helping future healthcare professionals find their path. Through every role she takes on, Beatriz’s mission stays the same: advocating for At Home Care and helping beautiful people heal their Body, Mind, and Soul.
